All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you for verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

5. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Other payment methods available during checkout

For bank transfer orders, customers may be required to send a payment confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp before the order is processed.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Return requests must be made within 7 business days.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange claims.
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
